Q: When is the check in and check out time?
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check out time is 11am. Some flexibility on check out times may be available.
Q: Do you provide cleaning services?
We do provide cleaning services; however, there are a few things required of groups before departure, such as stripping beds, running the dishwasher, etc.
Q: Is smoking permitted?
No. Lake Haven Lodge is a smoke-free environment, and we kindly ask that you respect this rule.
Q: What is included with the kitchen?
Both kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a dishwasher in the upper level kitchen.
Q: Are we able to use the deck and/or beach?
Yes, the deck is there for your enjoyment with a table and chairs. Weather permitting, guests may dine, visit, or simply relax while enjoying incredible views of Round Lake. The sandy swimming beach is there for your enjoyment.
Q: Is there a phone?
A telephone is provided for local calls. You may use a calling card for long distance services.
Q: Will there be a television or games?
A television and DVD player with a select number of DVDs are available on both the upper and lower levels. A variety of board games are also provided for guests.
Q: Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
